FACTORS AFFECTING GRAPE COOLING

In the fresh produce export industry, fruit temperature is monitored using thermocouples, which are inserted in a standardised position in pallet stacks, for ascertaining the temperature of produce during forced-air cooling (FAC) and the subsequent cold chain.
